Scott O. Harrell is a Life & Health Licensed Insurance Agent based in Long Beach, California. Scott has lived in various locations throughout Southern California and proudly serves clients from San Diego to the Central Coast.
Scott grew up in New Jersey and then moved west to California with his family after high school. Scott began his professional career as a corporate trainer for a national Cable TV company. As a trainer, Scott learned that he loved technology and had a knack for teaching other adults – including how to use computers and other technical job and customer service skills. Scott moved to Los Angeles and worked for a leading Design and Advertising firm, and later started his own business as an independent agency and computer consultant.
An interest in Financial Services and insurance led Scott to get licensed in 2006, initially focusing on Life Insurance. After learning of the challenges with Medicare that seniors were facing (including his own parents), Scott decided to include Medicare in his service offerings.
As a Bridlewood agent, and through his own firm, LifeTree Prosperity, Scott enjoys helping people understand and navigate the sometimes-confusing concepts of Medicare, Social Security, Long-term care, and other types of insurance, in a way that puts people at ease.
When not working with clients, Scott is an avid photographer – you can often find Scott at a local classic car show, or out in nature with his iPhone camera taking amazing photos. He enjoys traveling with his family and is a big fan of computers, music, and geography. For over 30 years, Scott’s mission has been to help people – of all ages – to live the life they love.
